Reference center

The Reference Center is the reception service of the Carrefour Bienveillance 50 + organization, which offers information, support, listening and accompaniment services to people aged 50 and over in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

Listening, referral and psychosocial intervention services for caregivers

Prevent burnout among caregivers of people losing their autonomy by offering them support adapted to their needs and tools to help them better exercise their role and improve their quality of life. The Carrefour Bienveillance 50+ offers, among other things:

Services Initiative de travail de milieu auprès des aînés en situation de vulnérabilité (ITMAV)

The Carrefour Bienveillance 50 + outreach workers reach out and support seniors in vulnerable situations or at risk of becoming frail in order to :

Helping people reconnect to a network while breaking their isolation

Help them access the relevant resources in their community

Giving seniors back the power to shape their own destiny

Promote their well-being, autonomy and continuity in the community

Help improve or maintain seniors' quality of life

Support services for abused seniors (SAVA)

The Carrefour Bienveillance 50 + SAVA intervener works with seniors aged 50 and over who are at risk of or experiencing abuse to :

Helping the person to become aware of his or her abusive situation

Accompany the person in the steps he or she wishes to take to stop the abuse

Giving seniors back the power to shape their own destiny

Create a safety net to protect your integrity

Working in collaboration with all local partners

Shared meals in municipalities

A great monthly activity to create links and break isolation by encouraging exchanges, but also to keep the seniors who take part active. Come and socialize, share a meal, dance, play cards and take part in bingo. Fun and socializing guaranteed!
